Quality Commercial Cleaning (QCC) which covers the leafy county towns of Surrey, and London. She is a mum with two young children and set QCC up after working at another cleaning company and gaining considerable insight and experience. Muna quickly realised that the company she worked for was not treating the cleaning staff as respectfully as they deserved. She intuitively linked this to its low level of success, recognising why the staff felt de-motivated and unwilling to perform at their best standard. This fired Muna with the motivation to begin her own cleaning firm with a more inclusive approach. QCC is the stunning result. Muna and her team of staff pride themselves, as commercial contract cleaners, on continually working to raise the standards in the commercial and domestic cleaning industry. As a consequence her employees are loyal and dedicated. They enjoy providing a professional and reliable service to the customers, whether on a daily or weekly basis. This means commitment to your business requirements by preparing Method Statements, Risk Assessments and an up to date COSHH assessment for the cleaning chemicals used. QCC recognises that each customer is an individual; Muna and her team are willing to be flexible and adapt to the changing needs of your business. During the contract period, QCC will set levels of performance and effective contract management that ensures: performance monitoring and quality auditing on site. All staff members are trained in health and safety and also COSHH (control of substances hazardous to health), first aid and PPE training (personal protective equipment).
